1968 was the year a small, family owned Garden Center opened its doors for business in Northern Illinois. We specialized in growing and selling flowering annual, perennial and vegetable plants and nursery stock. In 1972, the Garden Center expanded into the Wild Bird Feeding industry, which remains a main focus today.

By the turn of the century, major changes became apparent in the 'green' industry, demanding that we diversify at an accelerated pace.  We added several different departments within our store including Aquatics, Bonsai, Hydroponics and Statuary.

Within our facility we have many unique, in-house engineered growing systems which focus on water conservation, vertical growing methods, natural pest control and automated watering systems.
